1. Description of Service

LabelSlice is an online web utility that enables e-commerce merchants and shipping personnel to format, crop, rotate, merge, and tile PDF shipping labels for standard 4×6 inch direct thermal roll printers and A4 laser/inkjet multi-label printing. The service operates locally inside the user's browser without transferring PDF documents to external servers.

2. Permitted Use & User Conduct

You agree to use LabelSlice solely for lawful purposes. When using our service, you agree not to:

Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or disable the proper functioning of the website or its infrastructure.
Use automated scrapers, bots, or spiders to harvest content or overwhelm server capacity.
Process fraudulent, counterfeit, stolen, or unlawful shipping documents.
Reverse engineer or decompile proprietary source code, except as permitted under applicable open-source licenses for client-side libraries.

3. Document Ownership & Privacy

You retain 100% ownership and copyright over any PDF documents, barcodes, customer addresses, and order invoices processed through LabelSlice. LabelSlice does not claim any rights to your content and does not store or transmit your documents to any remote server.

4. Intellectual Property

All software architecture, original graphic designs, branding, website text, tutorials, and user interface elements on LabelSlice are the intellectual property of LabelSlice. All trademarks and brand names referenced on this site (including Meesho, Flipkart, Amazon, Delhivery, Shadowfax, Xprinter, TVS, TSC, Rollo, Zebra) belong to their respective corporate owners and are used strictly for informational, educational, and compatibility identification purposes under fair use doctrine.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular dispatch purpose, or non-infringement. While we strive for absolute vector accuracy and barcode clarity, LabelSlice makes no guarantees that cropped labels will scan flawlessly if your physical thermal printer hardware is improperly calibrated, low on print darkness, dirty, or misaligned.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall LabelSlice, its creators, developers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, courier SLA penalties, shipping delays, returned packages (RTO), or business interruption arising out of or related to your use of the service.
