2. Operational & Barcode Scanning Disclaimer
LabelSlice provides document cropping, resizing, and rotation algorithms based on standard PDF vector geometry. While our software preserves original vector lines and barcode data without downsampling, physical barcode scan readability depends on factors outside our control, including:
- The physical printhead condition, DPI, and darkness settings of your thermal printer.
- The optical resolution and laser sensitivity of the courier pickup agent's scanning hardware.
- Paper quality, thermal coating sensitivity, and exposure to direct heat or sunlight.
Sellers are advised to perform a test scan with a smartphone camera or barcode scanner gun before dispatching high-volume batches.
3. Courier SLA Compliance
E-commerce sellers remain solely responsible for ensuring that their parcels comply with the packaging and labeling guidelines of their contracted marketplaces and 3PL courier partners. LabelSlice shall not be held liable for any courier SLA penalties, shipping rejections, or return-to-origin fees.
